A delicious taste of carrot cake complete with icing. Whip up a fruit dip, dessert topping or an easy no-bake cheesecake. For cheesecake - mix 8 oz. cream cheese and 8 oz. tub of whipped topping. Pour into a nine inch graham cracker pie shell. Refrigerate until set. For dip - combine 1 cup sour cream and fold in 1 cup whipped topping.
