Dread Rogue Tortilla
Delicious and spicy, this soup is a winner with shredded chicken, beans and cheese. Whisk contents of package into 6 cups of water. Add 1 medium onion, chopped. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Add 1 lb. of shredded chicken breast or cooked ground beef. For a heartier soup, add 1 can of Pinto Beans and 1 can of 14 oz. diced tomatoes. Simmer an additional 20 minutes. Garnish with shredded cheddar cheese and Tortilla strips.
