  • Are your products available in stores or other online platforms?
    Our products are exclusive to Peppercorn Hollow's website. They are not available in stores or other online platforms.
  • Do your products contain MSG?
    No, none of our products contain MSG
  • Are your products gluten-free?
    All of our products are gluten-free except: Dips - Savory Bacon & Horseradish, Tomato Bacon & Bleu, Cheddar & Bacon Soups - Ruby Pearl's White Cheddar Asparagus & Sausage Soup, Scurvy Chicken Pot Pie Soup
  • How soon can I expect my order?
    We typically ship within two business days of receiving your order. Most orders will be shipped USPS and will usually have a 2-5 day transit time. You will receive tracking info by email once your order has been shipped.
  • How do you make your dips?
    Our dips are made with sour cream and mayonnaise. The mixing directions are included on each label of our dip mixes. The recipe will call for 16 oz. sour cream or a combination of sour cream and mayonnaise to equal 16 oz. We recommend using Hellman's Brand mayonnaise. Do not use salad dressing such as Miracle Whip as it will drastically change the flavor of the mix.
  • How much will one dip mix make?
    Each dip mix makes 2 cups.
  • Can you use greek yogurt in place of sour cream and mayonnaise?
    Yes, you may use 16 oz. of plain greek yogurt as a substitution.
  • Can the dip mixes be made into cheese balls?
    Yes. All dips can be made into a cheese ball by mixing with 16 oz of cream cheese instead of sour cream and mayonnaise.
  • Are your dip mixes all natural?
    Yes, all our dip mixes are all natural.
  • How soon can we serve the dip once it's made?
    For best results, refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours before serving. The spices take time to hydrate in the sour cream/mayonnaise mixture. The longer you wait to serve the dip the more flavorful it will become.
