Return & Exchange Policy
No return or exchanges on specialty foods. For any undamaged merchandise that is not food, simply return it with any included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: All food items ie. dip mixes, dipping oil mixes, dessert mixes, soups, beverages.
