Mad Dog Chili

A spicy favorite for the chili lovers in the family.  Brown 2 lbs. of ground beef and 1 chopped onion.  In a large pot, add meat and onion to two 14 oz. cans of stewed or diced tomatoes, one 11 oz. can V8 juice, one 15 oz. can kidney beans along with seasoning packet.  Bring to a boil.  Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.  This one will make you say "Arrhh"!!
